The principals have completed over $3 Billion of hotel transactions including investment sales, acquisitions, brokerage, direct equity investments, preferred equity investments, joint ventures, conventional financing, CMBS, bridge, mezzanine, SBA, construction, discounted note acquisitions, loan modifications, bank and borrower advisory services for most of the major brands. Our Group is the lead investment vehicle for all direct debt and equity investments, and serves as asset manager for public trust funds, family offices, and high net worth individuals. Our Group is a direct lender and commercial mortgage servicer for its portfolio of bridge loans, mezzanine loans and note purchases. The same team members that underwrite and approve the loans, maintain the relationship with the borrower via loan servicing, which provides continuity of information, a better level of service, and a personal relationship with each client. The preferred equity/joint venture program is growing rapidly, as hotel owners continue to seek an experienced capital partner for acquisitions in a market cycle of increasing RevPAR.Our Group JV and equity investment portfolio of properties currently stands at approximately 1650 keys and includes limited, select, and full service brands by Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Choice, as well as boutique independent properties.
