are currently interested in
acquiring discounted properties in
the $3 Million to $100 Million
range. Our preferred property type
is income producing, however, it is
not a necessity. We are considering
ALL commercial property types:
Office Buildings, Medical Buildings,
Retail Strip Malls, Shopping
Centers, Hotels, and Motels. We are
also interested in some Residential
complexes such as Apartment
Buildings, Condo/Coop Buildings,
Student Housing, etc. Foreclosures,
foreclosed properties, bank owned,
incomplete developments, privately
owned, debt free or encumbered.
Some JV’s will be considered.
We are considering properties in
metropolitan areas nationwide, and
our primary focus is currently on
properties in New York City.
