My wife has several years of property management and administrative experience along with a background in law enforcement. She is also scheduled to take the State of California Real Estate Exam to obtain her Real Estate Salesperson License in the next few weeks. She excels at community service, public relations and was instrumental in establishing several community safety programs and worked to establish the Crime Free Multi-Housing program partnering with local police agencies. As for me, I consider myself to be an energetic positive worker with a broad range of commercial property and home maintenance building and repair skills. I excel at troubleshooting, problem solving, and responding to challenges in a timely manner.  I have handled a wide range of plumbing and carpentry jobs including installing doors and frames, finishing work, painting, cabinet repair, replace or repair door locks, install tile flooring and granite countertops. In addition, we were responsible for preparing and processing formal eviction notices, 3-day Notice to Quit, Unlawful Detainers and testifying at court hearings. I also speak fluent Spanish, and we are both very familiar with the process of inspecting properties, securing properties and dealing with various sensitive situations. Our most recent experience was the renovation of a lodging facility in South Lake Tahoe which was being used as long term residency. We were featured in the Tahoe Daily Tribune for our efforts and worked diligently with local law enforcement and various city departments to improve the property and better the community. This project is something that we are very proud to say we had a hand in accomplishing and were saddened when the owners decided to go in a different direction.
